浙江省油茶产业可持续发展对策研究

摘　　要：阐述了浙江省发展油茶产业的重要意义;论述了油茶消费市场的开发前景;分析了浙江省油茶产业的发展现状;针对浙江省油茶产业发展存在产业化程度低、劳动力短缺、技术较为落后、管理水平低下、政府支持力度小等方面的制约因素,从政府、合作组织和企业三个层面,提出推动浙江省油茶产业可持续发展的策略。Tea-oil tree＇originated cance to develop camellia industry people＇s uously. in China is the main subtropical oil trees, and it is of great signifi- on reliving the shortage of edible oil supply in China, improving income, promoting valley development in Zhejiang and increasing the income of famer eontin- Firstly, the paper analyzes the development situation of camellia industry in Zhejiang. On this basis, analyzes the main problems of camellia industry which reflect in the low degree of industri- alization, the short of the labor, lag in technology, the low level of management, lack of governmen- tal support, ect. Finaly, suggestions to promote sustainable development of camellia industry was proposed in government, Cooperation Organization and enterprises.
