摘  要:为给薄壳山核桃育苗技术及苗木生产提供理论依据,以薄壳山核桃种子为试材,GA3、IBA、IAA、NAA和6-BA分别设50、100、150、200、250 mg/L的5个质量浓度水平浸种7 d后播种于沙床中,50 d后对发芽数、虫害数、霉烂数和90 d后对地径、苗高、根径、根长、须根数、叶数进行调查和综合比较分析。5种外源植物激素处理中,发芽率最高的是IAA100 mg/L(98%),其次是IBA250 mg/L(93.3%),NAA250 mg/L、6-BA100 mg/L和GA3250 mg/L处理的发芽率均为90%。NAA 150 mg/L处理的幼苗最高,达15.1 cm;地径生长值最大的处理是GA350 mg/L,达0.31 cm;GA3150 mg/L根径最大,达0.49 cm;NAA 100 mg/L处理主根最长,达25.5 cm;6-BA 50 mg/L处理须根数最多,为53根;IAA 250 mg/L、6-BA 50 mg/L叶片数最多,有6片。薄壳山核桃种子经外源植物激素浸泡后出芽率有明显的提高,各处理发芽率均高于对照。GA3影响幼苗地上部和地下部的粗生长,中低质量浓度的NAA有利于主根的长生长,6-BA有利于侧根的分生。IBA对幼苗苗高的影响较大。In order to offer a theory base for seedling-raising techniques and seedling production in Carya illinoensis, taking seeds in C. illinoensis as materials, germination and growth indexes of the seeds were investigated, compared and analyzed which were soaked seven days in hormones and then sown in the sand bed. GA3, IBA, IAA, NAA, 6-BA respectively were set five mass concentration levels of 50, 100, 150, 200, 250 mg/L. The germination indexes of germination number, number of pest i-.festation seeds, number of mildewed and rot seeds after raising for 50 days, and the growth indexes of ground diameter, height, root diameter, root length, fibrous roots number, leaves number after raising for 90 days. In the five kinds of exogenous plant hormones treatments, the highest germination rate (98%) is gained in the treatment of IAA 100 mg/L, the next is the treatment of IBA 250 mg/L (93.3%), and the germination rates of the three treatments of NAA 250 mg/L, 6-BA 100 mg/L and GA3 250 mg/L are 90%. The highest seedling is 15.1 cm in the NAA 150 mg/L treatment, the maximum ground diameter is 0.31 cm in the GA3 50mg/L treatment, and the maximum root diameter is 0.49 cm in the GA3 150 mg/L treatment, the maximum main root length is 25.5 cm in the NAA 100 mg/L treatment, the most number of fibrous roots is 53 in the 6-BA 50mg/L treatment, and the most number of leaves is 6 in the two treatments of IAA 250 mg/L and 6-BA 150 mg/L. Germination rate of C. illinoensis seed is significantly improved after soaked by exogenous plant hormones, and the germination rates in every treatments are higher than CK. GA3 has influences on diameter growth of aboveground and underground parts of seedlings, and middle and low mass concentration of NAA can help for growth of the primary root length, 6-BA can help for growth of lateral roots, and IBA has higher impact on growth of seedlings high.
