摘 要:为提高山杏的扦插生根效果,采用正交试验和对比试验方法,研究了混合激素、蔗糖处理插穗,插穗部位及不同无性系对山杏嫩枝扦插生根率、生根数量及根系长度的影响。结果表明,激素质量浓度配比和处理时间为影响山杏插穗生根的主导因子,蔗糖质量分数及插条部位对生根效果也有重要影响。正交试验中各处理间扦插生根效果差异显著,其中8号处理,即采用插穗下段作为扦插材料,以混合激素IBA 900 mg/L+NAA600 mg/L处理30 s生根效果最好,生根率为83.1%,根系数量13条,根系长度9.3 cm。不同山杏无性系嫩枝扦插生根效果差异显著。In order to improve the rooting effect of Armeniaca sibirica cutting, influences of mixed hormone treatment, sucrose treatment, cuttings position and different clones on rooting rate, root number and root length were studied by orthogonal experiment and contrast experiment. The results show that mixed hormone types and treatment time are the dominant factors affecting cutting rooting, and sucrose mass fraction and cuttings position also play an important role. The effects of cutting rooting have significant difference between the treatments of orthogonal experiment. Among which the No.8 treatment, namely with the bottom position of cutting as materials, treated for 30 s by using IBA 900 mg/L and NAA 600 mg/L, has the best cutting rooting effect with 83.1% of rooting rate, 13 roots and 9.3 cm of root length. There are significant differences between cutting rooting effects of different clones.
