摘 要:教风是高等学校培养学生、提高教学育人质量的一个重要因素,良好的教风对良好学风、校风的形成具有不可替代的影响。新升本院校教风建设存在师资队伍结构不合理、师德师风建设存问题、重科研而轻教学探索等方面的困局。为此,我们可以从六个方面提出应对策略:更有针对性地强化教师的思想道德教育,完善教风建设的规章制度,实施质量监控和考核制度,着力提升教师教学能力,营造良好的教师发展氛围,推进教学、科研与服务地方社会经济的三位一体建设。Teaching devotion is a key element for student education, for the improvement of quality education through teaching, and high level of teaching devotion will serve as an irreplaceable function to student learning devotion and the whole university academic atmosphere. In the newly-upgraded universities, unscientific teacher structure, morality and teaching devotion problems, much emphasis on academic research but less on teaching study are all the existing problems. To solve those problems six strategies are suggested: strengthening of the more specifically targeted teacher moral education, improvement of rules and regulations on teaching devotions, application of teaching-quality inspection and evaluation, great efforts on upgrading teaching-capabilities of the teachers, and boost of trinity-construction on teaching, academic research and community services.
