摘 要:为进一步明确光合细菌促进辣椒生长、抑制病虫害的作用,采用叶面喷雾、菌液灌根和叶面喷雾+灌根3种处理方式,研究了不同浓度光合细菌菌剂对不同辣椒品种产量及其主要病虫害的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,湘研29号辣椒增产29.47%~37.75%;而"盛世99王"辣椒增产12.25%~29.36%。同浓度菌液处理时,这3种施用方式之间的产量差异不显著。与空白对照相比,光合细菌处理的辣椒病毒病的病株率减少60.50%。应用光合细菌可以显著提高辣椒产量,并且降低病虫害的为害。In this srudy the yield and major diseases and insect pests of hot pepper were tested at different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria (PSB) under three treatments such as foliar spray, irrigating roots and both of them to determine PSB effects on hot pepper. The results showed that the yields of a tested hot pepper variety Xiangyan 29 increased by 29.47% to 37.75% while the yields of another variety Shengshijiujiuwang increased by 12.25% to 29.36% compared with the control. There was not significant difference among the above three treatments at the same concentrations of the PSB. Compared with the blank control, the rates of hot pepper virus disease under the PSB treatment decreased by 60.50%. So application of the PSB can significantly improve the hot pepper yield and reduce the incidence of pests and diseases.
