关于我国信托业跨区域经营问题的探讨

摘　　要：信托业的跨区域经营问题一直困扰着信托业的发展。但目前,并没有相关政策法规来明确这一问题。本文分别对异地经营中出现的信托项目跨区域、信托计划经营团队跨区域以及信托计划融资跨区域等常见的跨区域经营现象进行了归纳分析。对异地推介的相关法规进行了阐述,并从不同角度对异地推介的利弊进行了探讨,提出相关的建议。The trans -regional management problem has plagued the trust industry for a long time. But at present, there are no relevant policies and regulations to clarify this issue. This paper respectively analyses the trans - re- gional trust projects, the group of trans - regional management and the tans - regional trust financing plan and so on. Then it describes the relevant regulations of trans - regional promotion, discusses it from different angles on the advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward the related proposal.
