摘　　要：目的:探讨护理安全管理在老年外科患者中的应用效果。方法:将我院外科2009年1月～2011年12月收治的老年(60岁以上)患者297例,依据患者是否实施护理安全管理措施将患者分为常规护理组101例和护理安全管理组196例,对两组患者的护理不安全事件发生情况进行对比分析。结果:护理安全管理组患者的护理不安全事件发生率低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论:护理安全管理能有效提高老年患者的安全因素,提高护理安全管理的效果,防止护理不安全事件的发生。Objective：To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in older patients in surgical. Metheds：297 cases were studied in older patients in surgical of our hospital from January 2009 to December 2011 ,according to whether the patient nursing safety management measures,the patients were divided into routine nursing group （n = 101 ） and nursing safety management group （n = 196） ,two groups of patients with nursing unsafe events condi- tion carries on the contrast analysis. Results： Unsafe event rates of nursing safety management group nursing were significantly lower than conventional nurs- ing group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Nursing safety management can effectively impreve the safety factors of older patients, improve nursing safety management effect, prevent nursing unsafe events.
