摘　　要：产业集聚区是河南省区域经济发展的重要载体和平台,提升城镇化水平是中原经济区建设的重要战略目标。处理好产业集聚区与城镇化互动发展的关系至关重要,二者的互动关系是相辅相成的。河南省各地产业集聚区与城镇化的互动发展既有成功的经验,也存在不足和缺陷。针对存在的问题,应以及早规划、市场引导、统筹兼顾等方法和思路促进河南省产业集聚区和城镇化互动良性发展。Industrial cluster is an important carrier and platform for the regional economic development of Henan Province, and raising the level of urbanization is an important strategic goal of the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone. Correctly handling the relationship of interactive development between the industrial agglomeration and urbanization is of extreme importance and the interactive relationship between the two complements each other. The interactive development of industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Henan Province has both successful experience and some problems and defects. In view of the existing problems, the policy and norms, early planning, marketing guidance, overall consideration and the liking methods and ideas should be made use of reasonably so as to perfect the interactive development relationship between the industrial agglomeration and urbanization in Henan Province.
