摘　　要：根据建材行业科技进步的要求,以卓越工程师培养为主线,展开面向行业的应用型创新人才培养模式的研究与实践。以建材行业发展对人才的需求为视角,对目前卓越工程人才培养方面存在的问题进行剖析,对实现行业需求与工程人才培养良性对接展开思考,最后总结洛阳理工学院教学改革的特色和创新做法,以期为应用型本科院校实施卓越工程人才培养模式提供借鉴与参考。This paper, based on the demand of scientific and technological progress of building materials industry and with training the excellent engineers as the primary line, launched the research and practice on the training model of applied innovative talents for the building materials industry. Focusing on the demand of talents in the development of the building materials field as the angle of view, the authors profoundly anatomized the present problems existing in fostering the excellent engineering talents and made an extensive consideration for the virtuous docking of meeting the industrial requirement with the promotion of the engineering talents, and finally summarized the characteristics and innovative approaches of the teaching reform in Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, so as to provide a salutary lesson and reference for establishing a model of implementing the project of training the Excellent Engineering Talents in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.
