地方理工科院校中文专业应用型人才培养的思考

摘　　要：现代社会需要动手能力强的应用型人才,而传统的中文专业教育重理论,轻实践。作为地方理工科院校的中文专业,如何以人才市场需求为导向,找准自己的定位,办出特色,寻找自己的生存空间,已成为当下关注的焦点。新的理念是:从课程体系设置、课堂教学改革、实践环节强化、教师队伍建设等方面进行探索,以求培养出适应社会经济发展需要的应用型人才。Modem society needs practical talents with good hands-on skills. However, the traditional Chinese majors stress the theory and undervalue the practice. As a Chinese-specialized subject in regional polytechnic colleges, how to found its orientation based on marketing demand and supply, correctly identify its own position, manage it in specific features and find its own living space have currently become the focus attention. This paper explored the establishment of curriculum system, classroom teaching reform, enhancement of practice links and the construction of teachers＇ team, etc., so as to cultivate applied talents who can meet the needs of social and economic development.
