肺癌多层CT血管成像的应用进展

摘　　要：肺癌的多层CT血管成像,集中在成像技术、肺癌血供研究、肿瘤血管CT表现、肺癌的多层CT血管造影定性分析等方面。最初的肺癌血供研究、多层螺旋CT血管造影和数字减影血管造影术对照研究,主要是为肺癌的介入治疗提供理论依据。而分析肺癌支气管动脉及其背景肺动脉的变化特征,研究对肺癌定性诊断高度特异的肿瘤血管,并将肺动脉受侵表现不仅用于肺癌分期,更进一步用于肺癌定性的肺癌多层CT血管成像,其临床应用日益广泛,对寻求诊断肺癌的直接、特异征象有重要价值。Multi- slice spiral CT angiography （MSCTA） in lung cancer focus on mainly performance in several areas： to Imaging technology, to assess the validity and reliability of the tumor feeding artery imaging of MSCT; to qualitativily analysis multi- detector computed tomography angiography in lung cancer. Initial com- parative study about tumor feeding artery imaging of MSCTA and digital subtraction angiography （DSA）com- mitted to provided theoretical basis for Infusion chemotherapy or embolization treatment of lung cancer. Gradu- ally more and further analysis of the variation bronchial arteries and violatied pulmonary arterial in lung cancer. further evaluate the specific tumor vessel for the diagnosis of lung cancer using bronchial arterial and pulmonary arterial mull - slice CT angiographytumor. Moreover, to assess the violatied pulmonary vascular not only Is used to staging and used to diagnosis of Lung Cancer. Those is important for seeking the specific signs to qualitativediagnosis of lung cancer.
