摘　　要：日本经过第二次世界大战后半个多世纪的公共住宅实践,逐步推动其设计和建造向绿色生态、节能环保型转变。本文简述基于可持续发展理念的日本公共住宅发展,对绿色低碳建设理念进行论述,并以日本近期公共住宅典范—荻住区再生设计为例,从其整体规划、建筑体系、集成技术等各方面对上述理念的实现进行具体解析。After half a century＇s practice since the World War II, the Japanese public housing design and construction have been gradually transformed into an ecological, energy-saving and environment-friendly mode. This article makes an introduction on the sustainable development of the Japanese public housing and the ecological concept of construction progress. Based on a recent practice redesign of Ogikubo community, this article makes an analysis on the Japanese public housing system including the overall planning, building system, integrated technology and so on.
