摘　　要：本文指出传统方式建造的公共租赁住房在质量控制和后期运营、维护、保障等方面存在诸多亟待解决的问题,根本原因在于缺乏完善的设计理念及建造技术保障体系,然后结合众美光合原著项目的设计,探讨公共租赁住房设计方式及其建造技术等方面的创新。This article introduces some problems to be solved for the public rental housing constructed in the traditional way including the quality control, operation, maintenance, and security in the later period. The fundamental problem is that the design concept and the construction technology security system are not sufficient. Taking Summit Guangheyuanzhu as an example, it makes an exploration on the innovative design approach and construction technology for the public rental housing.
