摘　　要：建筑电气安装工程与给水和排水工程是城市的基础设施。随着时代的发展,科学和技术不断进步,建筑电气与给排水安装工程快速发展。同时,高层建筑电气与给排水设计,施工和安装工程的质量管理要求越来越高。为了使管网实现高品质,高效率运行的目的,除了合理的设计,建筑电气与给排水安装工程系统安装质量的优劣将对使用显著影响。The construction of electrical installation engineering and water supply and drainage engineering is the city＇s infrastructure. With the development of society, science and technology progress, the construction of electrical and water supply and drainage installation fast development. At the same time, high-rise building electrical and water supply and drainage design, construction and installation engineering quality management requires higher and higher. In order to make the network to realize high quality, high efficiency operation purpose, in addition to the reasonable design, the construction of electrical and water supply and drainage installation engineeering system installation quality fit and unfit quality will significantly affect to use.
