摘 要:采用超声波辅助的方法从马尾松松针中提取总黄酮,比较了乙醇体积分数、提取时间、料液比等因素对提取率的影响,采用响应面分析法对松针提取物工艺条件进行优化.实验结果表明,松针总黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件为:提取时间56 min、料液比1∶20、乙醇体积分数40%、功率90%、提取率1.59%.在响应面法工艺优化实验所选取的探索因素中,乙醇体积分数、功率两因素对此马尾松松针总黄酮的提取影响较为显著.Ultrasonic was employed to extract flavonoids from Pinus massoniana. Conditions for extraction were influenced by some factors, such as ethanol concentration, time and liquid-material ration, so they were optimized by response surface. Experimental results show the best conditions are as follows: the ex- tracting time is 56 minutes, ethanol concentration is 40%, liquid-material ration equals 1 : 20, when the yield of flavonoids is 1.59%. This method is feasible for exploiting the material, and it provides the basis for its utilization. In the Response Surface experiment, compared with the factors of liquid-material ration and extracting time, ethanol concentration and power have greater influence on the extraction.
