血桐叶水提物对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的增殖抑制作用

摘　　要：水煮浸提血桐叶,减压浓缩后冻干制成粗体样品;以MTT、生长曲线法、集落形成实验考察血桐叶提取物对人结肠癌LoVo细胞的增殖抑制作用,并且以倒置显微镜观察其对细胞形态影响.实验结果表明,血桐叶水提物对LoVo细胞的增殖有显著抑制作用,呈明显剂量依赖关系,并且对细胞的形态有改变作用.Aqueous extracts of Macaranga tanarius leave was obtained through water boiling, reduced- pressure concentrating and freeze-drying. Based on MTF, growth curve and colony formation, it studied the inhibiting effects of the aqueous extracts on colon cancer LoVo cell. Besides morphological changes of the cells were observed under an inverted microscope. The results show that the inhiboting effects of the aqueous extracts on LoVo cells are obvious, the effects depend on the dose, and that the aqueous extract can bring about morphological chang of the cell.
