摘　　要：首先从历史和全球视角对水文化遗产坎儿井系统进行了概述,在此基础之上,分析了吐鲁番坎儿井系统的构成本质,并认为在吐鲁番城市地区地下水位持续下降的背景之下,坎儿井系统已经失去原有功能,因此,坎儿井保护和可持续利用的治本之道还在于恢复吐鲁番城市地区原有的生态系统,最后,从法律条例、公众参与以及水导向城市地区规划等视角,为坎儿井系统的保护和可持续利用提供建议和参考。This Paper is about the conservation and sustainable use of the water cultural heritage Karez System in Turpan. At first, an overview of the water cultural heritage Karez System are summarized from a historical and global perspective, and the essence of the water cultural heritage Karez System is analyzed. Because the water tables of Turpan city region are falling, the Karez System has lost its original function, and therefore, it is important to restore the original ecosystem of Turpan city region. At last, the paper provides suggestions and references for the protection and sustainable utilization of the water cultural heritage Karez System from the legal regulations, public participation and the water oriented planning.
