三焦针法对膝骨性关节炎患者临床疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨三焦针法与常规针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效的差异。方法将符合诊断、纳入标准的膝骨性关节炎患者109例,采用简单随机数字表法,将其分为三焦组55例和常规组54例。三焦针法组取膻中、中脘、气海和双侧血海、足三里、外关为主,行三焦针法调治;常规组根据压痛点,循痛点及经脉取患侧穴,行常规针刺治疗。治疗前后两组进行生活质量评分、综合临床疗效评定以及治愈病例3个月后的随访观察。结果两组治疗3个疗程后生活质量评分、综合疗效评价(均P<0.05),随访结果复发率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论三焦针法治疗膝骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,明显优于常规组,是一种标本兼治的有效方法。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Sanjiao acupuncture treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods Ac- cording to the diagnostic, 109 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected and divided into the Sanjiao （ n = 55 ） and conventional treatment （n=54） groups. Tanzhong, Zhongwan, Qihai and Xuehai, Zusanli, Walgnan were selected in Sanjiao group. According to the tender point, following the pain points and meridians the hole was taken in conventional treatment group. Before and after treatment, score for quali- ty of life, clinical curative effect and cure were Observed, Results After treatment of 3 courses, there were significant differences in score of life quality, comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic efficiency and the recurrence rate of both groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Clinical curative effect Sanjiao acupuncture therapy for knee osteoarthritis is remarkable and better than＇ the conventional therapy, which is an effective method to cure.
