摘  要:[目的]构建下胫腓联合的三维有限元模型,为其生物力学研究提供方便快捷的数字化平台。[方法]对一健康成年男性的右足进行螺旋CT扫描,获取CT图像后利用Mimics软件重建足部骨骼及外周软组织的三维结构,再经FreeForm雕刻软件处理后导入ANSYS软件,进而建立下胫腓联合的三维有限元模型,并对模型有效性进行加载与验证。[结果]下胫腓联合三维有限元模型经加载后与自身验证相应数据对比,结果具有一致性。[结论]建立了下胫腓联合的三维有限元模型,较客观地反映了其解剖结构和力学特性,可为下胫腓联合的进一步研究提供良好平台。[ Objective ] To establish a 3 - dimensional finite element model of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis to provide a digital platform for further research. [ Methods] Right foot of a normal healthy young -man was scanned by CT, then Mimics software was used to reconstruct the 3 - dimensional structure of bones and external soft tissue. After processing by FreeForm im- porting to ANSYS , 3 - dimensional finite element model of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis was developed. Meanwhile, the model was loaded and verified. [ Results ] The loading result of 3 - dimensional finite element model was consistent with the corresponding data by comparison. [ Conclusion] In a word, as a research platform, the 3 -dimensional finite element model of the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis can be widely used in basic foot mechanics research. At the same time, this paper has provided important platform for the research of clinic and rehabilitation.
