摘  要:研究了不同含量的Mn对W-40Cu合金伪半固态触变挤压铸件性能的影响。结果表明,Mn的加入可以提高W-40Cu合金伪半固态触变挤压铸件的抗弯强度。随着Mn含量的增加,抗弯强度变大,但增大趋势变缓,Mn的添加可以提高制件抗弯强度10%以上。适量Mn的添加有利于提高挤压铸件的致密度和导电性能,但Mn含量超过1.5%时,致密度和导电性能均下降。Effects of Mn contents on physical properties and mechanical properties of W-40Cu alloy parts prepared by thixo-die-forging in pseudo-semi-solid state were investigated. The results show that the bending strength of W-40Cu alloy parts prepared is improved with Mn addition. With the increase of Mn content, bending strength of the thixoforged parts is increased with slowing tendency, and the bending strength is raised by more than 10%. Effects of Mn on density and conductive properties of W-40Cu alloy parts prepared by thixo-die-forging in pseudo-semi-solid state are similar, where the density and conductive properties are increased with proper Mn addition, however, they are decreased with Mn content more than 1.5%.
