摘 要:在板坯连铸二冷区采用电磁搅拌能够有效地改善铸坯品质,如提高等轴晶率等。利用有限元模拟软件ANSYS对连铸板坯二冷区辊式电磁搅拌器进行了数值模拟。结果表明,当两组辊式电磁搅拌器的间距为5辊间距(1200mm)时,三环式搅拌方式优于双蝶式;当两组辊式电磁搅拌器紧邻(0mm)时,双蝶式搅拌优于三环式搅拌。Electromagnetic stirring in secondary cooling zone of continuous casting slab can play an important role in improving the quality of slab, such as increasing equiaxed crystal ratio. Numerical simulation was conducted for roll-type electromagnetic stirring in the secondary cooling zone of the continuous casting slab by means of finite element analysis software ANSYS. The results show that when the distance of two groups of electromagnetic stirrer is 1 220 mm, the three-ring-like type is better than the ambi-butterfly type in stirring efficiency. While the two groups of electromagnetic stirrer are adjacent (0 mm), the ambi-butterfly type is better than the three-ringlike type in stirring efficiency.
