摘　　要：目的了解长江流域2005—2010年注射用血凝酶的使用和不良反应情况。方法对长江流域5省市2005—2010年临床应用注射用血凝酶的不良反应情况、发生时间、类型、临床表现及药物的使用情况等进行统计和分析。结果共收集药品不良反应/事件报告74例,主要以全身性损害(33%)和皮肤及其附件损害(22%)为主,有严重的过敏性休克与晕厥、呼吸困难、胃肠道出血、视觉异常和胸闷等新的严重的与新的一般不良反应/事件情况发生。结论建议企业注意修改说明书,补充具体不良反应,特别是过敏性休克,以引起临床使用注意。AIM To evaluate the clincial utilization and adverse drug reaction （ADR） of hemocoagulase atrox in Yangtze River valley from 2005 to 2010. METHODS The ADR type and drug use of hemocoagulase atrox in Yangtze River valley were collected and analyzed from 2005 to 2010. RESULTS Adverse drug reactions or events （ADRs/ADEs） occurred in 74 patients. The main distribution of ADRs/ADEs included systemic lesions （33%）, skin and its appendages （22%）. Allergic shock, dyspnea, hemorrhage of gastrointe- stinal tract, anomalopia and chest distress were reported as new serious or common ADRs/ADEs. CONCLUSION Package insert of hemocoagulase atrox should be modified and new ADRs/ADEs should be added, with allergic shock in particular.
