摘　　要：目的观察转录因子Foxp3(forkhead box protein P3)在原发性干燥综合征患者(primary Sjgren's syndrome,pSS)外周血和唇腺中的表达。方法通过流式细胞术检测23例pSS患者和15例健康对照之间Foxp3阳性细胞的表达情况;通过免疫组织化学分析pSS患者和5例原发性胆汁性肝硬化(primary biliary cirrhosis,PBC)对照之间Foxp3阳性细胞的表达差异。结果 pSS组[(5.34±6.50)%]外周血Foxp3阳性细胞的表达比健康对照组[(9.71±4.73)%]明显降低(t=2.190,P<0.05);与PBC对照组唇腺中Foxp3阳性细胞[(3.24±1.12)%]比较,pSS患者唇腺中Foxp3阳性细胞[(10.73±5.78)%]表达增加(t=2.840,P均<0.05)。结论 Foxp3阳性细胞在pSS外周血表达降低,而在唇腺中的表达并未减少,Foxp3参与了pSS的发病。In order to investigate the expression of forkhead box protein P3 （Foxp3） in the peripheral blood and salivary gland of patients with primary Sj gren＇s syndrome （pSS） and its significance, we measured the expression of Foxp3 in the peripheral blood by flow-cytometer analysis in 23 pSS patients and 15 healthy controls. We also examined the expression of Foxp3＋T cells in salivary gland by immunohistochemistry. Result demonstrated that the expression of Treg in peripheral blood of pSS patients [（5.34±6.50）%] was lower than that of healthy controls [（9.71±4.73）%] （t= 2.190, P〈0.05）. Furthermore, the expression of Foxp3＋T cells [（10.73±5.78）%] in salivary gland of pSS patients was increased, as compared with primary biliary cirrhosis （PBC） control group （3.24±1.12）%] （t=2.840, P〈 0.05）. In conclusion, pSS patients exhibited higher expression levels of Foxp3 in peripheral blood ceils but lower levels in salivary gland, which suggested that Foxp3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of pSS.
