摘　　要：目的探讨血清固定的隐性梅毒患者基于事件的前瞻性记忆(event-based prospective,EBPM)和基于时间的前瞻性记忆(time-based prospective,TBPM)损害情况,初步探讨血清固定隐性梅毒患者两种记忆损害程度的区别。方法采用前瞻性记忆的神经心理测试方法,对年龄、性别和教育程度相匹配的30例血清固定的隐性梅毒患者和30例健康对照者的EBPM和TBPM进行测试。结果与对照组[EBPM(6.13±1.25)分,TBPM(4.67±0.92)分]相比,患者组的EBPM([4.33±2.06)分]和TBPM([3.97±1.22)分]测试成绩均降低(均P<0.05)。患者组EBPM和TBPM分值与梅毒抗体滴度均无统计学相关性(r=-0.263,P=0.161;r=0.247,P=0.181)。结论血清固定的隐性梅毒患者存在前瞻性记忆损害。Objective To investigate the prospective memory and the sverity of the impairment of event-based prospective memory （EBPM） and time-based prospective memory（TBPM） in latent syphilis patients with sero-resistance. Methods 30 latent syphilis patients with sero-resistanee and 30 age- and education level-matched healthy adults got a checkup with the neuropsychologieal battery of tests including EBPM and TBPM tasks. Results Compared with the controls [EBPM （6.13±1.25）; TBPM （4.67±0.92）], both EBPM （4.33±2.06） and TBPM （3.97±1.22） in latent syphilis patients with sero-resistance had been impaired significantly （all P〈0.05）. There was no significant correlation between EBPM and TBPM with the syphilis titer degree （r=-0.263, P=0.161; r=0.247, P=0.181）. Conclusions These resuits suggest that prospective memory is impaired in latent syphilis patients with sero-resistanee.
