摘 要:将纯化后的多壁碳纳米管与铝粉按质量比1∶5混合球磨后压制成块,待合金熔化后,将碳纳米管预制块直接加入铝合金熔体,然后用叶片搅拌器分别搅拌1、2、3、5、10 min后取出合金熔体,水淬。采用环境扫描电镜(FESEM)观察碳纳米管在铝硅合金基体中的分布,用能谱分析仪(EDS)确认多壁碳纳米管。结果表明,采用预制块复合叶片搅拌工艺能制备出碳纳米管均匀分散的铝基复合材料,搅拌3 min时,碳纳米管分散性最佳;随着搅拌时间的延长,碳纳米管数量减少,分布密度逐渐减小。Precast blocks were prepared with powders of pure muff-walled carbon nano-tubes and AI with the mass ratio of 1 : 5. The CNTs precasting blocks were added into the melt directly after sffring the melt by blade for lmin, 2min, 3 min, 5 min and 10 mill, respecffvely. Then, the alloy was water quenched. The distribution of MWCNTs in AI-Si composite was observed by environmental scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), and the MWCNTs were identified by energy dispersive spectnma analysis (EDS). The results show that the aluminum matrix composite with carbon nano-tube uniformly disperseing can be prepared by precast block compound stirring process. After stirring for 3 min, the dispersion of the composite is best, and the amount and distribution density of the carbon nano-tube gradually decrease with the stirring time increasing.
