摘 要:用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机对低合金高强钢WDL610D(07MnCrMoVR)进行变形特征分析,研究了变形抗力与变形程度、应变速率和变形温度的关系,选择了一定的变形抗力数学模型,并对该数学模型进行回归,用实测数据对模型的精度进行检验。证明该模型具有较高精度,以为计算其他力学性能能参数提供计算依据。The deformation behavior of low alloy high strength steel WDL610D (07MnCrMoVR) was analyzed by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine. According to the relationship between deformation resistance and deformation degree, strain rate and deformation temperature, a certain mathematical model for deformation resistance was choosed by experimental data, and then the model was regressed, the accuracy of the model was examined by observed data. The results show that the model has a high precision, which can provide a theoretical basis for the calculation of other mechanical parameters.
