摘  要:以Fe、Cr、Ni和Mn的迁移量为表征指标,研究不同材质不锈钢在含氯醋酸介质和醋酸介质中的重金属迁移行为。结果表明,铁素体不锈钢的有害元素迁移量低于相同条件下奥氏体不锈钢的迁移量,高锰不锈钢在含氯醋酸中的重金属迁移量远大于其在不含氯的醋酸介质中的迁移量。In order to evaluate the safety performance of stainless steel used for food containers in different environment scientifically, the migration of Fe, Cr, Ni and Mn was taken as characterization items, and the migration behavior of heavy metal ions for high manganese stainless steel in chlorine acetate and acetate was studied. Theresults indicate that the migration quantity of ferrite stainless steel is lower than that of austenite, and the migration quantity of heavy metal ions in chlorine acetate is much larger than its in acetate solution for high manganese stainless steel.
