摘 要:以金属Ti粉和硼铁粉作为预置粉末,利用氩弧熔覆技术在16Mn钢表面制备了TiB2、TiC颗粒增强熔覆层。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜对熔覆层的物相、微观形貌及TiB2、TiC增强颗粒的分布进行了分析,利用显微硬度计对熔敷层横断面的硬度进行了测试。结果表明:熔敷层成形良好、致密,无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,与基体呈冶金结合;熔覆层中形成了大量的TiB2、TiC陶瓷增强相,增强相呈细小颗粒状,弥散分布在α铁素体基体上,起弥散强化作用;铁素体在颗粒增强熔敷层中起到良好的粘结TiB2、TiC陶瓷颗粒的作用,使熔覆层具有良好的韧性及与硬度配合;熔覆层表面的最高硬度可达8.8 GPa,是基体的3.7倍。A coating reinforced by TiB2 and TiC particles was prepared by in-situ synthesis on the surface of 16Mn steel by means of argon arc cladding technique (TIG) with the pre-alloyed powder of Ti and FeB. The coating morphology and interface were investigated by SEM. XRD was used for phase identification. The microhardness of the coating along the depth was tested by microhardness instrument. The results show that a thick, uniform, adherent, metallurgically bonded and crack-free coating is obtained. Large numbers of TiB2, TiC in small particles well-dislributed are found on ferrite matrix. Ferrite mixes with TiB2 and TiC ceramic particles and act as an excellent binder for TiB~ and TiC. It promotes the composite effect of both hardness and toughness in the coating, and provides a crack-free coating with the sound interface. The maximum microhardness of coating can reach 8.8 GPa which is about 3.7 times of 16Mn steel.
