摘 要:通过盐雾腐蚀、全浸腐蚀和电化学腐蚀试验,分析了正火和等温退火两种处理工艺条件下的汽车齿轮20MnCr5钢在NaCl溶液中的腐蚀情况。研究表明,经过正火预先热处理的汽车齿轮20MnCr5钢的腐蚀严重,而等温退火的腐蚀情况远小于正火处理的;从耐腐蚀角度看,汽车齿轮的预先热处理工艺应优选等温退火。The corrosion behavior of 20MnCr5 steel for automobile gear after two kinds of heat treatments, which were normalizing and isothermal annealing, in NaCI solution was investigated by salt spray corrosion, immersion corrosion and electrochemical corrosion test, The results show that the corrosion of the steel for automobile gear with normalizing is serious and the corrosion of the steel with isothermal annealing is far less than normalizing. From the perspective of corrosion resistance, the isothermal annealing for preheat treatment of automobile gear should be preferred.
