摘  要:采用X射线衍射仪、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机等分析了热处理工艺对低碳Si-Mn系TRIP钢的力学性能的影响。结果表明,通过790℃加热保温50min,380℃等温20min,冷却到室温后可以得到铁素体+贝氏体+残余奥氏体的三相组织,得到最好的强塑积为27225MPa×%,其中抗拉强度为825 MPa,伸长率为33%,其冲击韧性和硬度分别为47 J/cm2和219HB,此时残余奥氏体含量为15.76%。在此工艺条件下,TRIP效应最明显。The mechanical properties of low carbon Si-Mn steel after different heat treatment were studied by XRD, impact test and tensile test. The results show that the sample can obtain of the ferrite, bainite and retained and austenite of three-phase organization aRer heating at 790 "℃, holding 50 rain and isothermal holding at 380 ℃ for 20 mins. Mechanical properties are 27225 MPa x % of the best overall performance, 825 MPa of the tensile strength, 33% of the elongation, 47 J/cm^2 and 217 HB of the impact toughness and hardness and 15.76% of residual austenitc content .Under this process, it contributes to TRIP effect obviously.
