摘 要:目的分析研究H7N9亚型人禽流感病毒基因组序列特征,明确该病毒的分子进化及生物学特性。方法GISAI和GenBank中获取H7N9基因组全序列,对各段基因与已知序列进行分析比较,绘制进化树,并全面分析和预测病毒株的基因组特征、传染性、致病性、药物敏感性等。结果町N9病毒的基因组完全属于禽源,HA和NA基因属于欧亚谱系,其余6段基因与瑚N2亚型病毒同源性高达99%。该病毒尚不能在人与人之间有效传播,不呈现典型高致病性病毒特征,病毒对金刚烷胺和金刚乙胺耐药,而对奥司他韦敏感。结论该病毒是H7亚型、N9亚型和H9N2亚型禽流感病毒三者的重配体,需警惕该毒株的进一步变异。Objective To analyse the genome sequences of the novel H7N9 avain influenza virus so as to eluci- date its biological characteristics and evolution status. Methods DNA sequences of the I-I7N9 influenza vinases were col- leered from GISAI and GenBank and compared with the genomes of referenced influenza viruses. The phylngenetie trees were constructed by the neighbor-joining method. The genome character, infectivity, pathogenicity and drug susceptibility of H7N9 were analyzed and predicted. Results Homology and phylogenetic analysis showed that the genome of H7N9 originated from avain and the genes of HA and NA belonged to Eurasia lineage. Compared with H9N2 virus, the homolo- gouts rates of other six genes were 99%. The virus didn' t possess high pathogenicity. It could not spread from person-to- per=on effectively. It was sensitive to eseltamivir but resistant to amantadine and remantadine. Condusions The novel subtype H7N9 virus stems from a reassortment of subtype H7, N2 and H9N2 virus. It is imperative that we should be on guard against the variation of the novel virus.
