摘　　要：目的探讨高龄不稳定股骨转子间骨折行骨水泥型人工股骨头置换的近期疗效。方法对21例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者采用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换治疗。根据Harris评分和X线评估临床效果。结果 21例均获随访,时间12～36(24±3)个月。患者髋关节功能均恢复良好,未发现髋内翻、感染、松动、脱位者;1例下肢深静脉血栓形成,经保守治疗后好转。Harris髋关节功能评分由术前的27分±6分提高至术后1年的90分±2分,其中优9例,良10例,中2例。结论人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折,术后可早期负重,提高生活质量,近期疗效满意。Objective To explore the short-term effect and perioperative care of cemented femoral head replacement of comminuted unstable intetrochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Methods Cemented femoral head replacements were used to treat 21 cases of interochanteric fracture of femur in the elderly.Harris Hip Score System and radiography were used to evaluate the clinical efficiency.Results 21 patients were followed up for 12～36（24±3） months.The hip joint function recovered well in those patients,no varus,infection,loosening,dislocation was found.One case of deep venous thrombosis improved after conservative treatment.Harris scores were improved from preoperative 27±6 points to postoperative one year 90 ± 2 points.The results were excellent in 9 cases,good in 10,and fair in 2.Conclusions Cemented femoral head replacement can be used to cure the old femur trochanter bone fracture,which can improve their quality of life,get the early postoperative weight-bearing and efficacy satisfaction.
