超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复肘关节创伤性软组织缺损

摘　　要：目的探讨超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣在肘关节周围创伤性软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法应用超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣二期修复6例肘关节周围软组织缺损创面患者,根据伤情将游离的股前外侧皮瓣修整至合适大小及厚度,与桡动脉或尺动脉吻合,伴行静脉与相应的伴行静脉吻合。结果 6例患者皮瓣全部成活。患者均得到随访,时间6～18个月。肘关节伸屈及前臂旋转功能正常,皮瓣色泽与创面周围正常皮肤相似,外形不臃肿。结论超薄游离股前外侧皮瓣修复肘关节周围软组织缺损创面,避免了因为局部瘢痕挛缩对肘关节伸屈及前臂旋转功能的影响,在外观及功能上可达到满意的治疗效果。Objective To investigate the effect of repairing traumatic soft tissue defects in elbow joint by ultrathin free anteriolateral femoral flap.Methods Ultrathin free anteriolateral femoral flap was used to six cases around the elbow joint soft tissue traumatic defects repair in the second phase.According to the patient＇s injury,the free anterolateral femoral flap of the patient is trimmed to the appropriate size and thickness,making radial artery or ulnar artery in anastomosis.Results All skin flaps of six cases restored.6 cases were followed up for 6~18 months.The functions of elbow joints flexion and forearm rotation returned to normal,and the flap color and luster was similar to normal skin,the appearance was not bloated.Conclusions The application of repair of traumatic soft tissue defects in elbow joint by ultrathin free anteriolateral femoral flap avoids the influence of elbow joint flexion and forearm rotation restriction due to the local scar contracture,which can provide good results,and reach a satisfactory therapeutic effect in appearance and function.
