摘  要:目的探讨β-tubulin在输卵管妊娠着床部位与非着床部位的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析技术检测正常输卵管分泌期、输卵管妊娠着床部位与非着床部位β-tubulin的表达。图像分析技术检测各组输卵管粘膜上皮组织中的β-tubulin表达的平均光密度值,并分别比较正常输卵管分泌期与输卵管妊娠非着床部位、输卵管妊娠非着床部位与着床部位粘膜上皮中β-tubulin表达的差异。结果输卵管妊娠非着床部位β-tubulin的表达弱于正常输卵管分泌期;输卵管妊娠着床部位β-tubulin的表达弱于非着床部位。差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论β-tubulin的低表达可能是引起人输卵管妊娠的因素之一。Objective To detect the expression of β-tubulin in the implantation site and the non implantation site of oviduct pregnanly and study its significance. Methods The expression of β-tubulin was detected by immunohistochemical method. The average optical density value (AODV) of β-tubulin in epithelial tissue of the oviduct was quantitatively analyzed by image analysis system (HPIAS-1000). The AODV of β-tubulin was compared between normal secretory-phase oviduct and non-implantation site, non-implantation site and implantation site respectively. Results The positive expression of β-tubulin was lower in the non-implantation site than in normal tubal tissue at the secretory phase, and lower in the implantation site than in the non implantation site of oviduct pregnanly. The differences were significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion ,The lower expression of β-tubulin in the oviductal tissue may play an important role in oviductal pregnancy.
