延川南区块煤层气U/V型井固井技术的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了延川南区块煤层气资源概况,分析了延川南区块煤储层的特点以及煤层气井固井的难点,提出了针对该区块煤储层条件的固井技术对策。指出应考虑后期开采的需求,同时结合延川南区块煤储层埋藏浅、非均质性强,机械强度低,力学稳定性差,易坍塌,易污染等特点以及煤层气U/V型井固井工艺难点,研究适合延川南区块煤层气U/V型井的固井工艺技术。This paper introduced the CBM resource generalization of South Yanchuan block, analyzed its feature and cement difficulties of CBM wells and put forward the cementing technical strategy. This paper pointed out that the needs of late production should be considered. Meanwhile, combined with the reservoir characteristics such as shallow bury, strong heterogeneity, low mechanical strength, poor mechanical stability and easy collapse and pollution, a suitable cementing technology program is analyzed for U/V type CBM wells in South Yanchuan block.
