摘　　要：以腹胀为主要临床表现的慢性萎缩性胃炎可归为中医痞满范畴。根据腹胀部位可分为:上脘、中脘、下脘;根据病因病机可分为虚胀及实胀,从而辩证施治。With abdominal distention as the main clinical manifestations, the chronic atrophic gastritis can be summed up as ＂disten- sion and fullness＂ in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the abdominal distension parts, this disease can be divided into： Shangwan, Zhongwan and Xiawan; in the light of the etiology and pathogenesis, it can be divided into deficiency fullness and excess full- ness, thus being treated based on syndrome differentiaction.
