特勤人员社会适应性影响因素及干预效果研究

摘　　要：使用社会适应能力量表、中医体质分类与判定自测表、卡特尔16种人格因素量表、精神症状自评量表(SCL-90)对131名军队特勤人员进行调查,研究军队特勤人员社会适应性影响因素和临床中医与心理干预对军队特勤人员社会适应性的影响效果。研究结果表明,军队特勤人员的中医体质、人格特征、心理健康等因素影响其社会适应性。在干预前75.3%的军队特勤人员社会适应性处于较差水平以下,仅有24.7%的人员在一般水平以上。通过中医与心理干预,军队特勤人员社会适应性达到一般以上水平的提高到近60%,效果十分显著。One hundred and thirty-one special army soldiers were evaluated by Social Adaptability Scale, Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM Self Testing Table, Cattells＇ 16 Personality Factors Test （16-PF） and Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） to research on the factors affecting the special army soldiers＇ social adaptability and the effects of Clinical Chinese medicine and the psychological interventions. The results show that TCM constitution, personality characteristics, and mental health of the special army soldiers are the main influencing factors of their social adaptability. Elder persons who work longer tend to be low in the level of social adaptability, and there are 75.3% of the evaluated special army soldiers below the average level of the social adaptability, only 24.7% of the personnel above the average level before traditional Chinese medicine and psychological intervention. Through the Chinese medicine and psychological intervention, the number of people who are generally above the level of social adaptability can be increased to nearly 60%; the effect of intervention is very remarkable.
