广西壮、汉族青年蒲氏间隙的冠状HRCT测量

摘　　要：目的在颞骨冠状位HRCT图像上测量广西壮、汉族青年蒲氏间隙的宽度,探讨蒲氏间隙的宽度是否存在民族和性别差异为胆脂瘤早期诊断提供参考。方法选取160例青年(壮族男、女青年各40例,汉族男、女青年各40例)用西门子128层螺旋CT以CML相垂直的直线为冠状扫描基线,获得厚度为0.625mm的连续薄层CT图像,在HRCT上测量蒲氏间隙宽度并作统计学分析。结果汉族男、女青年及壮族男、女青年的蒲氏间隙平均宽度分别为1.41±0.18mm、1.44±0.12mm、1.45±0.12mm和1.38±0.15mm,壮族男、女青年左右耳之间以及汉、壮族女青年左右耳比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蒲氏间隙宽度存在民族和性别差异,蒲氏间隙宽度的变化不能作为上鼓室胆脂瘤的诊断依据。Objective To measure the width of the Prussak Space of Guangxi Zhuang and Han nationnality young people on the image of temporal bone＇s coronal HRCT and investigate whether there are national and sexual differences in the width of the Prussak Space. Methods A total of 160 young people （40 young men and women of Zhuang nationnallty each, 40 young men and women of Han nationnallty each） were selected in this study. The 128 slice spiral CT of Simens was used and got continuous thin-setion CT images with the thickness of 0. 625 mm by a line perpendicular to CML as baseline to coronal scan. The width of the Prussak Space was measured and processed by statistical analysis. Results The average width of the young men and women of Zhuang nationnality and the young men and women of Han nationnality is （1.41±0.18）mm,（1. 44±0.12）mm,（1. 45±0. 12）mm and（1. 38±0. 15）mm, respectively , and there was showing statistical significance in the comparisons left and right ears of the young men and women of Zhuang nationality and the young women of Han nationality and Zhuang nationality. Conclusion There were national and sexual differences in the width of Prussak Space between the young people of Zhuang and Han nationnality. Nevertheless,the changes in Prussak Space width can not be used as the attic cholesteatoma diagnosis basis.
