摘　　要：微细铜粉未来应用广泛,为总结其生产方法,综述了微细铜粉的制备方法,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点,介绍了微细铜粉的应用,探讨了其发展方向。Fine copper powder will be widely used in the future. In this paper, the preparation methods of fine copper powder are reviewed, and the advantages and disadvantages of various preparation metlaods are analyzed briefly. In addition, the application of fine copper powder is introduced, and its development direction is discussed.
