高等教育与市场需求“无缝对接”的冷思考

摘　　要：在高等教育大众化快速推进、大学毕业生就业压力日益加大的情势下,很多高校提出了与市场需求"无缝对接"的办学理念。显然,高等教育必须适应市场需求的变化,但把这种"适应"强调到"无缝对接"的高度和精确程度则是不科学的,也是不可能真正实现的,而且有可能致使高等教育迷失自身应有的发展方向。高等教育与市场需求的关联应体现为:高校专业设置及其招生应密切关注市场需求的变化;不同类型、不同层次的高等院校应准确定位,努力实现与市场需求的有效对接;以就业为导向,加强创新精神和实践能力的培养。In the Situation of popular propulsion of higher education and austere problem of employment of university graduate, many colleges and universities put forward a philosophy of schooling of ＂make a weldless connection between higher education and market demand＂. This article holds that it is unscientific and its aim can not be achieved if we identify this adaptation with weld- less connection, which will make higher education lose its own way of development. The inspirations of the viewpoint of ＂make a weldless connection between higher education and market demand＂ embody the following aspects： we should pay close attention to the changes of the market demand when specialities and admission system are arranged in colleges and universities ; different types and levels of colleges and universities should locate itself with precision and contrive to connect itself with market demand effectively; make employment as a guide and strengthen the innovative and practical abilities.
