摘　　要：随着大学生职业发展教育的普遍开展,一些现实问题和矛盾现象也逐步显现,大学生职业发展教育的有效性问题日益受到重视。参考借鉴国内外职业发展教育的实践经验,目前解决此问题主要应从三个方面入手:首先,学校要唤醒大学生的自我意识;其次,学校须为大学生构建专业的职业指导体系;第三,学校还须提供具体的操作路径和实践渠道,为大学生的自我探索指明方向。With the general development of college students career development education, some practical problems and contra- dictions have gradually emerged. Based on the experience of career development education at home and abroad, the paper at- tempts to solve the problem from three aspects： First of all, the school has to awaken college students＇ self-awareness; Second, the school must build a professional career guidance system; Third, the school must provide a specific path and operational prac- tice channels for college students＇ self practice.
