摘　　要：阐述了具有兼容性的标准化Co-60 γ辐射场的设计与建立,包括γ辐射束控制装置和球面辐照架等的研制,获得了多功能、高质量的γ辐射场,适用于辐射剂量测量仪器检定/校准和辐照耐用性试验研究;一系列辐射场参数的实验测量数据表明,新建γ辐射场是安全、有效的。@@@@The design and establishment of standardized Co-60 γradiation field being compatible with low dose-rate irradiation test, the developments of control installation for radiation beam and spherical surface irradiation frame are described in this paper. A radiation field with multifunction and high quality has been achieved. It is applicable for dosimeters calibration and durability test of IC or semiconductor devices by irradiation. A series of experimental measurements data show that the new established γ radiation field is safe and effective.
