摘  要:提出了一种利用截面轮廓线分形维数,对钢水连续测温传感器的损伤进行诊断的方法。首先提取出经过使用的钢水连续测温传感器截面轮廓。采用最小二乘法拟合出该轮廓线的基准圆,将传感器截面轮廓线映射到以基准圆圆周方向和径向方向为横、纵坐标的二维平面坐标系上。采用盒计数方法计算出轮廓线的分形维数,并以Chi2法对分形维度进行离散化。结果表明:钢水连续测温传感器表面具有自相似特征;传感器表面形貌不同时,轮廓线的分形维数有明显差异;随着热震破坏在传感器损毁中重要性的增加,传感器截面轮廓线分形维数增加。当轮廓线的分形维数在1.00至1.07时,传感器的损毁为侵蚀损毁;当轮廓线分形维数在1.10至2.00时,损毁为热震损毁。采用该方法,判断出传感器寿命较短时损毁的主要原因为侵蚀。A method based on the fractal characteristics of the cross-section profile is presented for the damage diag- nosis of continuous temperature-measuring sensor for liquid steel. This method first extracts the cross-section profile of the sensor that was already used. "Least Square Method"is used to obtain a referencing circle of the profile; and the cross-section profile is mapped into a two-dimensional coordinate system that uses the circumferential and radial di- rections of the referencing circle as its X- and Y- coordinate axes. After that, the fractal dimension of the profile is au- tomatically computed with "Box Counting Method", and "Chi2 algorithm" is employed to discretize the fractal di- mension. Experimental results demonstrate that the surface of the continuous temperature-measuring sensor possesses self-similarity characteristics. The calculated fractal dimension of the profile is significantly different when the surface morphology varies; and the fractal dimension increases when the importance of thermal shock in the sensor destruc- tion increases. The cause of the damage to the sensor can be ascribed to slag corrosion when the fractal dimension is from 1.00 to 1.07 ; while it is due to thermal shock when the fractal dimension is from 1.10 to 2.00, With this diag- nostic method,it is concluded that the main damage reason is corrosion when the lifetime of the sensor is short
