摘 要:本文通过有限元软件模拟分析了夏热冬冷地区中自保温体系中典型热桥的三维稳态传热情况。分析得出了该典型热桥构造的温度场及热流场的三维分布情况,确定热桥影响区域,找到围护结构保温最弱的区域。同时将三维模拟结果与二维模拟结果做了比对分析,得出在验证夏热冬冷地区的自保温墙体材料的结露隐患时,应选用三维模拟分析的方法。In this paper, the mechanism of heat transfer of a typical thermal self-insulation materials are researched with a finite element software. One of typical thermal bridge structure of self-insulation system selected from existing collective drawings was analyzed by experimental study with three-dimensional steady- state model, and the region affected is defined while the areas which have the worst insulate ability are determinate. By comparing with the numerical simulation results, it was concluded that thermal self- insulation materials with appropriate density and thickness could meet the demands of thermal performance regulations in hot summer and cold winter areas and could avoid condensation, and as to thermal bridges, it is relatively right to adopt three-dimensional heat conduction model for calculation.
