摘　　要：本文以山城洋房北大资源·江山名门建筑设计方案为例,介绍了洋房的来源、建筑风格、建筑布局并着重介绍了本方案特色的建筑设计和指导思想。因地制宜的分析了地块和建筑的特点,设计出融于环境中的建筑,做到建筑与景观的和谐统一。本着"中而不古,新而不洋"的新建筑的先进理念,运用多时代的符号,实现美观、自然、时尚和市场的统一。According to Beijing University Resources＆the Door as an example, introduces the the foreign-style house, architectural style, architectural layout and emphatically introduces the characteristics of the architectural design and guiding ideology. Suit one＇s measures to local conditions analysis of the characteristics of land and building, design in architecture, to achieve harmony and unity of architecture and landscape. The spirit of ＂ and not the ancient, advanced the concept of new buildings not new ocean ＂, the sign of the times, realize the unity of beautiful, natural, fashion and market.
