中药灌肠耦合汤剂联合超声电导透药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:初步观察中药灌肠耦合汤剂联合超声电导透药治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:中药处方采用"八味黄柏败酱汤";以超声电导治疗仪经直肠治疗。治疗方法为隔日1次,连续2周为1个疗程,共治疗1个疗程。分别于治疗前后评定NIH-CPSI评分。结果:共113例患者参加治疗,106例患者完成治疗。治疗前NIH-CPSI总评分为(25.44±5.56)分;排尿症状评分为5.59±2.76;疼痛评分为12.70±3.65,生活质量评分为7.20±3.92。治疗后各项评分分别下降为14.33±3.97、3.16±1.87、6.82±2.31、4.31±2.13。与治疗前相比,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:中药灌肠耦合汤剂联合超声电导透药是一种有效治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎的手段和新的思路,有进一步研究的价值和临床推广的意义。Objective ： To preliminarily observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound conductance through drug treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema for type III prostatitis. Methods ： Traditional Chinese medicine prescription was Bawei Huangbai Baijiang Decoction. Therapeutic ultrasound conductance treatment instrument was used. Once for every other day and consecutive 2 weeks was for a course of treatment. NIH-CPSI scores were assessed before and after treatment. Results：A total of 113 patients participated in the treatment, 106 patients completed the treatment. Before treatment, NIH-CPSI overall rating was 25.44 ± 5.56; voiding symptom score was 5.59 ± 2.76; pain score was 12.70 ± 3.65, the quality of life score was 7,20 ± 3.92. After treatment, all the scores were 14.33 ± 3.97,3.16 ± 1.87,6.82 ± 2.31,4.31 ± 2.13. Compared with before treatment, there was a significant difference, P〈0,05. Conclusion： Chinese medicine enema combined with ultrasound conductance through drug is an effective treatment for type III prostatitis, and it is of significance for further research and clinical practice.
