通痹饮合剂对大鼠佐剂性关节炎实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨通痹饮合剂治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用。方法:建立Freund`s完全佐剂性大鼠关节炎模型,观察通痹饮合剂对大鼠关节肿胀度、血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平。结果:通痹饮合剂低、高剂量对大鼠Freund`s完全佐剂性关节炎的继发性足跖肿胀度均有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05,或P<0.01),可抑制IL-1β、TNF-α的异常升高(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论:肾通痹片可能通过降低佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清中异常增高的IL-1β、TNF-α浓度而发挥抗类风湿关节炎的作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Tongbiyin Mixture on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： The model of arthritis was induced by adjuvant and the influence on the articular swelling degree, serum interleukin-1 β （IL-1β）and tumor necrosis factor-A （TNF-cx ）was observed. Results：The low and high dose of Tongbiyin Mixture could significantly inhibite the secondary footpad swelling degree （ P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ）, the strange high levels of IL-1β and TNF- α were decreased （ P〈0.05, P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Tongbiyin Mixture could reduce the concentrations of serum IL-1β and TNF- α levels and control or inhibit the development of rheumatoid arthritis.
