摘　　要：目的:对健脑丸的质量控制标准进行研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对健脑丸中丹参、天麻进行定性鉴别。采用高效液相色谱法测定肉苁蓉中的松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的含量。结果:用薄层色谱法鉴定出天麻素和丹参酮ⅡA的存在。采用HPLC法测定了该丸剂中毛蕊花糖苷的含量,方法精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,平均回收率为:松果菊苷97%,毛蕊花糖苷102%,RSD值为:松果菊苷0.91%,毛蕊花糖苷1.86%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能有效控制健脑丸的质量。Objective ： To study the quality control of Jiannao Pill. Methods ： Salvia Miltiorrhiza and Cistanche salsa of Jiannao Pill were identified by TLC. HPLC was used to do quantitative analysis. Results： The existence of tanshinone II A and gastrodine was confirmed by TLC ; HPLC was used to quantitatively analyze the content of Verbascoside. The precision, stability and repeatability of the methods were good. Conclusion ： While the method is simple, the result shows high precision and repeatability, and it can be used to control the quality of Jiannao Pill.
