摘  要:目的:分析以不同药物为辅料炮制补骨脂对其抗OP(骨质疏松)化学成分含量的影响,比较补骨脂的药汁炮制工艺,优化炮制条件。方法:采用HPLC梯度洗脱的方法,选取五味子、枸杞、菟丝子、核桃仁为辅料,研究分析补骨脂中抗OP成分的变化趋势。结果:以补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素(补骨脂二氢黄酮)、补骨脂乙素(异补骨脂查耳酮)四种抗OP成分为指标,测得其含量均较生品有所提高,分别为补骨脂素提高127.0%,异补骨脂素提高256.5%,补骨脂甲素提高149.2%,补骨脂乙素提高106.0%。结论:基于抗OP成分的补骨脂炮制评价方法,首次建立药汁配伍炮制,研究药汁炮制在补骨脂炮制工艺中的价值。Objective : To analyze the impact of different drugs as adjunct concocted its anti-OP ( osteoporosis ) chemical ingredients, compare the concoction processing technology of the Psoralea coryfolia L, and optimize concocted conditions. Method: HPLC gradient elution method was used to select Schisandra chinenesis ( Turcz. ) Baill, Lycium barbarum L, Cuscuta cbinensis Lam, Juglans regia L accessories. The study was to analyze its anti-OP ingredients change trend. Result: Using Psoralen, Iso-psoralen, Bavachin and Corylifolinin as processing indicators of the anti-OP, the measured content was higher than those of raw material, respectively increased by 127.0% for psoralen, isopsoralen increased by 256.5%, Bavachin increased by149.2%, Corylifolinin increased by 106.0%. Conclusion: The concocted evaluation method based on the anti-OP ingredients Psoralea coryfolia L. The first created concoction compatibility concocted. Concoction cooked up the value in the Psoralea coryfolia L processing technology.
