岭南特色的补气生化膏方制作工艺、包装及贮存的标准化研究

摘　　要：目的：研究适合岭南补气生化膏方的包装及贮藏的标准。方法：以岭南特色的补气生化膏方为模型药物,制备低及高含水量限度的膏方,采用不同包装方式将补气生化膏膏方分别进行包装（合装在一个容器内;新型包装材料分袋式定量小包装）,考察不同包装材料对膏方质量的影响;选择常用的不同贮存方法[常温贮存;冰箱冷藏（2~8℃）;阴凉处贮存（≤20℃）],分别进行0、1、2、3个月的微生物限度的考察。结果：合装在同一个容器内和新型包装材料均符合药典标准,冬季膏方在常温、阴凉、冷藏无显著性差异,含水量较高的膏方更加容易受到微生物污染。结论：膏方在选用新型小包装时,要防止新型包装材料引入细菌,冬季膏方贮藏可以选择常温贮藏。Objective： To study the suitable package and storage for paste which has Lingnan characteristic. Method： Using the paste as a model drug, to make paste with low or high limitation water, making different packaging to pack paste, to study the impact of different packaging materials on the quality of the paste; selecting different storage methods[stored at room temperature; stored at cold-storage （ 2-8 ℃ ） stored at cool （ ≤ 20℃ ） ], inspecting microbial limits of all paste in the zero, first, second and third month. Result ： Buqi Shenghua paste of the bowl and new packaging materials conformed to Pharmacopoeia Standards, there is no significant difference about the paste stored at room temperature, cool, cold-storage in winter, the paste with higher water content is more susceptible to microbial contamination.Conclusion： Paste in winter can be preserved at room temperature. When we selecct small package for paste, we must prevent the bacteria enter.
